Event Timetable

While things like weather or other delays may push the timetable back as we progress through the day, the schedule below is a rough-but-realistic estimate of what you may expect when you come to the event. Plan accordingly and as you can see, you can pretty much expect to make a full day of it!

Schedule

• 8:00 AM – Park gates open
• 9:15 AM – Players’ Meeting
• 9:45 AM – Round 1 Starts
• 12:45 PM – Lunch break and Basket giveaway prelims
• 2:00 PM – Lunch Meeting
• 2:15 PM – Round 2 Starts
• 5:15 PM – Basket giveaway prelims/finals, divisional playoffs as necessary while scores are tallied
• 6:00 PM – Awards Ceremony
